Good for what I need it for

It worked adequately to quickly heat up and clean the floors after accidents (I literally use it after each potty trip). However I am not throwing away my normal libman mop because this does a good job at sanitizing your floors and making them not feel grimy, but for thick messes (like after my toddler eats dinner and half the plate is on the floor) its better to use a normal mop…

I have had the last one I bought for about a week now, and I promise it is worth 100 bucks. It is so simple to plug in and clean the bath room floor. I have linoleum and it didn’t mess it up or leave streaks (and I used it on the highest setting which they say not to on these floors). I did use it in my fridge (lol yes I really did with a clean pad) on a nasty sticky mess that had accumulated on the bottom of the fridge under the drawers, and it took up a nasty mess that would have taken a lot of hot water and soap, and probably a whole roll of paper towels. It cleaned it up easily. I had really considered taking it back until I saw it make the fridge look like new. I figure as long as it can quickly sanitize my bathroom floors repetitively through out the day, and when needed clean up really thick sticky messes it is worth $100…

So I wanted to update my review, and up the stars to five. I have been using this mop in both the kitchen and bath since I wrote the first review and have NOT had to use the old fashioned mop!! Even with dried yogurt and spaghetti on the floor, I just let it steam on it for a minute and the it comes up! Over all I am very very happy I bought this!!!(read more)

Cleaning slate just got easier!

We just moved into a new house about 6 months ago. We put down a slate tile flooring in the kitchen. It looks so beautiful, but to our horror, it’s impossible to clean. Really, the surface is uneven and rough. We bought a Mint about a year ago to clear our wood floors in our old house, but it won’t clean our new state tile. We tried everything. Broom, the vacuum, hand washing the slate. We bought a Shark Pro on Black Friday. Thank you very much! It works! The steam action cleans it. The steam mop is light weight and very easy to use. I followed the instructions and in five minutes, i was in business. So far, i’ve been very happy.(read more)

Great Steam Mop for Multi-Dog Home

I have multiple dogs, from 16 to 114 lbs not to mention the grand puppies and grand children tracking ‘who knows what’ in the house on to the laminate floors. After spending more then I should have on other cleaning products and tools, after just one use of the steam mop I’ve finally got my floors clean! I would recommend this mop to anyone that has multiple types of floors, tile, laminate, hardwood etc., that need to be cleaned. No chemicals needed, everything comes up fine with just the use of clean tap water. Hey and get this my socks no longer get dirty while walking on my freshly cleaned floors, Great product.(read more)
